Processed records definition

Processed records means data collected under the term of a use agreement for geophysical testing. Processing involves changing the form of data so as to facilitate interpretation. Processing operations may include, but are not limited to, applying corrections for known perturbing causes, rearranging or filtering data, and combining or transforming data elements. Processing shall not include the interpretation of any data collection.

  • Excluded Records means any and all:

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Processed shall be interpreted accordingly;

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.
