Process Specification definition

Process Specification means the document which defines all steps in the Process, including any critical processing parameters and in-process specifications.
Process Specification means the ST documentation describing the manufacturing flow, and the process steps within the manufacturing flow of the Manufacturing Processes and the relevant process parameters values.
Process Specification means those specifications or documents used to describe, characterize, and define the process by which Prime Wafers become Probed Wafers.
