Process Package means the package, for the applicable MANUFACTURING PROCESS, containing the documentation and materials set forth in Section 14.4.1 to the extent these documents and information are in existence as at the relevant transfer date and to the extent these are necessary and for the sole purpose that HORIZON or a secondary supplier may implement the MANUFACTURING PROCESS and analytical methods in order to manufacture and produce DRUG SUBSTANCE and PRODUCT.

Related to Process Package

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level.
