Process meeting definition

Process meeting means a meeting open to the public which is held by the Department to explain the permitting process and the public participation opportunities applicable to a specific Tier III application;
Process meeting means a meeting open to the public which is held by the Department, pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniform Environmental Permitting Act, to explain the permitting process and the public participation opportunities applicable to a specific major permit Tier III application;
