Process authority definition

Process authority means an approved expert in the processes for controlling pathogenic microorganisms in food and/or hemp products, and as such, is qualified by education, training and experience to evaluate all of the aspects of pathogen control measures and determine if such control measures, when properly implemented, will control pathogens effectively.
