PRO Registration definition

PRO Registration. The producer has written and composed the Beat, which is commonly treated as one-half of the total songwriting on a musical composition (and you agree that the Producer retains 50% ownership of the copyright in the New Composition). You agree that any registration of the New Composition with relevant performance rights organizations (e.g., ASCAP, BMI, etc.) will reference the Producer having 50% of the total writer’s share under CraddyMusic (PRO: ARTISJUS - IPI Number: 730189061).
