PRO Program definition

PRO Program or Peer Review Organization means the provider utilization review program developed by HCFA for providers of Covered Medical Services.

  • Dealer agrees and acknowledges that GE Interlogix is extending to it the benefits of the SECURITY PRO Program on the basis that the SECIRITY PRO Program is applicable and available to Dealer only within the Assigned Territory, and that Program Products are made available to Dealer on the basis of Dealer's representation and agreement that such Program Products are destined for resale only to ultimate end users in the Assigned Territory.
