Private performance definition

Private performance means the display or exposure of any specified anatomical area by an employee of an adult-related business to a person other than another employee while the person is in an area not accessible during such display to all other persons in the establishment, or while the person is in an area in which the person is totally or partially screened or partitioned during such display from the view of all persons outside the area.

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Underlying Performance means a decimal number calculated by applying the following formula:
