Private Facilities definition
Private Facilities means sidings, loading and unloading facilities and any other facilities of any kind which are required by the Operator to operate the Train Services and which do not form part of the Nominated Network;
Private Facilities means those providers that contract directly with the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority to provide Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.

Prior to the commencement of any Train Services, the Operator must demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of Queensland Rail that the Operator has entered into agreements with the owners or operators of the Private Facilities to enable the Operator to operate Train Services in the manner contemplated in this Agreement (“Private Facilities Agreements”).
The Operator must use reasonable endeavours to maintain the Private Facilities Agreements in full force and effect for the period the Private Facilities are required for the operation of Train Services.

Private Facilities means the Residential Building with associated private amenities, and the Parking Garage, subject to Easements, as further described and depicted in the Plans and Specifications.
