Private Estates definition

Private Estates means those overnight stays at a private property from the curated portfolio contracted by A&K on behalf of our guests.

Examples of Private Estates in a sentence

  • A houseguest is defined as a guest temporarily residing in a member's residence in The Private Estates at Seven Canyons or Residence Club unit at The Residence Club at Seven Canyons, including, without limitation, the guest of an owner of a fractional interest in another residence club who enjoys exchange rights involving units at The Residence Club at Seven Canyons.

  • Cay (Resort and Private Estates): Resort credit can be applied to COMO Shambhala treatments of 60 minutes or more, COMO Shambhala Wellness Session of 60 minutes or more, or to any Food and Beverage incidental charges at the Resort.

  • Private entity means any entity other than a State, local government, Indian tribe, or foreign public entity, as those terms are defined in 2 CFR 175.25. Includes:
