Private Key means the key of a key pair used to create a digital signature;
Private club means an organization, whether incorporated or not, which is the owner, lessee, or occupant of a building or portion thereof used exclusively for club purposes at all times, which is operated solely for a recreational, fraternal, social, patriotic, political, benevolent, or athletic purpose, but not for pecuniary gain, and which only sells alcoholic beverages incidental to its operation. Private Capital means, if the Issuer is Matching Private Investment Supported (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), the equity capital received by the Issuer or the applicable Affiliate of the Issuer from one or more non-governmental investors in accordance with Section 1.3(m) of the Definitive Agreement.
U.S. Citizen means a person who is a “citizen of the United States” within the meaning of the Xxxxx Act, eligible and qualified to own and operate U.S.-flag vessels in the U.S. Coastwise Trade.
