Corporate Frame Agreement definition

Corporate Frame Agreement means the Agreement concluded between Issuer and a Corporate Client, outlining specific rights and obligations of the parties and part of this Agreement, whereby in case of discrepancy between this Agreement and the Corporate Frame Agreement, the Corporate Frame Agreement shall prevail.
