If a Qualified Individual’s Principal Place of Abode was in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area immediately before August 28, 2005, and the Qualified Individual evacuated because of Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, then the Qualified Individual’s Principal Place of Abode will be considered to be in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area on August 28, 2005.
A “Qualified Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Individual” means an individual whose Principal Place of Abode on August 28, 2005, was located in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area and who has sustained an economic loss by reason of Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
If a Qualified Individual’s Principal Place of Abode was in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area immediately before September 23, 2005, and the Qualified Individual evacuated because of Hurricane ▇▇▇▇, then the Qualified Individual’s Principal Place of Abode will be considered to be in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area on September 23, 2005.
A temporary absence by a Qualified Individual from the Principal Place of Abode due to special circumstances, such as illness, education, business, vacation, or military service, will not change a Qualified Individual’s Principal Place of Abode.
If a Qualified Individual’s Principal Place of Abode was in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area immediately before October 23, 2005, and the Qualified Individual evacuated because of Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇, then the Qualified Individual’s Principal Place of Abode will be considered to be in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area on October 23, 2005.
A “Qualified Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇ Individual” means an individual (other than a Qualified Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Individual or a Qualified Hurricane ▇▇▇▇ Individual) whose Principal Place of Abode on October 23, 2005, was located in the Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇ Disaster Area and who has sustained an economic loss by reason of Hurricane ▇▇▇▇▇.
