Primary Work Location definition

Primary Work Location means the primary work location for a Participant as set forth in the Participant’s Participation Agreement.
Primary Work Location means the worksite to which the employee is assigned and reports to when not performing local travel.
Primary Work Location means (1) the main PSEG work location where those in onsite and hybrid roles are assigned to report, or (2) for those in designated remote-local roles, the PSEG work address assigned by the Company, at its sole discretion, to the role as the reference point for the “local” designation, which will generally be a PSEG property.

  • For purposes of entering any judgment upon an award rendered by the arbitrators, the Company and the Executive hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any or all of the following courts: (i) the United States District Court in or nearest to the city in which either the Primary Work Location is situated or the Company’s headquarters are located, or (ii) any other court having jurisdiction.

More Definitions of Primary Work Location

Primary Work Location means as of any time the Employee’s primary work location in either Bellevue, Washington or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as elected by the Employee in his discretion.
Primary Work Location means the work location where an employee is assigned to perform his/her duties.
Primary Work Location means (1) the main PSEG work location where those in onsite and hybrid roles are assigned to report, or
Primary Work Location means the location where Executive spends more than 50% of his working time.

Related to Primary Work Location

  • Work Locations means any real estate that CLEC or Qwest, as appropriate, owns, leases or licenses, or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement. Terms not otherwise defined here but defined in the Act and the orders and the rules implementing the Act, shall have the meaning defined there. The definition of terms that are included here and are also defined in the Act, or its implementing orders or rules, are intended to include the definition as set forth in the Act and the rules implementing the Act.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
