Primary Agents definition

Primary Agents means Deutsche Bank, in its capacity as Administrative Agent, Bank of America and JPMorgan, in their respective capacities as Co-Syndication Agents and BAS and JPMSI, in their respective capacities as Joint Lead Arrangers, and also means and includes any successor to Administrative Agent or Joint Lead Arrangers appointed pursuant to subsection 11.5A.
Primary Agents means Bank of America, in its capacity as Administrative Agent, JPMorgan, in its capacity as Syndication Agent and MLPFS and JPMS, in their respective capacities as Joint Bookrunners.
Primary Agents means Primary Documentation Agent and Administrative Agent and also means and includes any successor Primary Documentation Agent or Administrative Agent appointed pursuant to subsection 11.5.

Examples of Primary Agents in a sentence

  • Only the Authorized or Primary Agents identified in Attachment A to this Agreement (“Designation of Authority”) may authorize the addition or removal of agency users.

Primary Agents means Primary US Agent and Primary Canadian Agent.
Primary Agents means Scotiabank, in its capacity as Administrative Agent, Deutsche Bank and Chase, in their respective capacities as Co-Syndication Agents, and Deutsche Banc Alex. Broxx xxd JPMorgan, in their respective capacities as Co-Arrangers, and also means and includes any successor to the Administrative Agent, the Co-Syndication Agents or the Co-Arrangers appointed pursuant to subsection 11.5.

Related to Primary Agents

  • Remarketing Agent(s) has the meaning set forth in the Supplemental Indenture.

  • DIP Agents means the DIP ABL Agent and the DIP Term Loan Agent.

  • Managing Agents is defined in the preamble.

  • Senior Managing Agents means the financial institutions listed on the cover page to this Agreement as “Senior Managing Agents”.

  • Placement Agents shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Depositary Agent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(c) hereof.

  • Delivery Agent means, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds that contemplates physical settlement, the financial institution appointed as delivery agent for the purposes of such Covered Bonds and named as such in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Marketing Agent means MACRO Financial, LLC, in its capacity as marketing agent hereunder, and its successors and assigns.

  • Collateral Agents means the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent, the Initial Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and each Additional Collateral Agent.

  • Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Supplemental Administrative Agents shall have the corresponding meaning.

  • Agents means the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.

  • Co-Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Contractor Agents means Contractor's representatives, employees, officers, Subcontractors, as well as their employees, contractors, officers, and agents.

  • Co-Agents is defined in the preamble.

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Sales Agent means an authorized representative of the Company; and

  • Placement Agent means X.X. Xxxxxxxxxx & Co., LLC.

  • Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Sub-Agent means Citibank International plc.

  • Buyer Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 4(e).

  • Program Agent means Citicorp North America, Inc., as Program Agent under the Purchase Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Majority Purchaser Agents means a minimum of two Purchaser Agents which in their related Purchaser Group have Related Committed Purchasers whose Commitments aggregate more than 50% of the aggregate Commitment of all Related Committed Purchasers in all Purchaser Groups.

  • Disbursement Agent means Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, a national banking association, and its successors in interest, as disbursement agent under the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, and any successor Disbursement Agent under the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement.

  • DIP Agent means the administrative agent for the DIP Lenders as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement.

  • Distributor representative means a representative similarly employed by a distributor, distributor branch, or wholesaler.
