Primary Acquired Entity definition

Primary Acquired Entity means, in the event Primary or any Affiliate thereof acquires any Third Party or all or substantially all of the stock, assets, or business of a Third Party or otherwise obtains control of a Third Party (with “control”, for purposes of this definition, having the meaning set forth above in the definition of “Affiliate”), such Third Party or any Affiliate thereof.

Related to Primary Acquired Entity

  • Acquired Entity means any entity acquired by the Company or a Related Company or with which the Company or a Related Company merges or combines.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • JV Entity means any joint venture of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary.

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.
