If (A) the Committed Number of Lines is not met by the Commitment Date, or (B) the activated number of Corporately Paid Lines falls below the Committed Number of Lines (or any sub-commitment) at any time after the Commitment Date; then the pricing set forth in the Pricing Summary and RBSS may be subject to change at Rogers’ sole discretion, which change may include the cancellation of any discount set forth in the Pricing Summary for both existing and future Lines.
Any discount that may be set out in the Pricing Summary does not apply to these additional plans and features.
If the Provider considers that any other part of its tender (other than price) apart from Parts entitled "Payment by BACS", "Financial References Authority", "Statement of Insurance Cover", "Tenderer's Proposals/Method Statement" and "Tender Pricing Summary" is confidential it should appropriately ▇▇▇▇ that part of its document and explain the justification for so doing.
