Previously used material definition

Previously used material means any material of which previous use has been made, but manufacturing processes shall not be considered previous use.
Previously used material means any material which has been used in the manufacture of another article or previously used for any other purpose.
Previously used material means any material, 2- 4 including jute and shearings, which has been used in the 2- 5 manufacture of another article and subsequently torn, 2- 6 shredded, picked apart, or otherwise disintegrated.

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;

  • Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

  • Dredged material means any material removed from the bed of any waterway by dredging.

  • Material IP means any Intellectual Property that is material to the conduct of the business of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

  • Parent Material Contract shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4.14 of the Agreement.
