Prerequisite Software definition

Prerequisite Software means any third party software required for use with the Software as defined at http://support.sas.com/resources/thirdpartysupport/index.html.

Examples of Prerequisite Software in a sentence

  • Customer has licensed, or is licensing, the Prerequisite Software as part of a collection of SAS software licensed by SAS as a defined bundle or solution (“Software Package”).

  • Customer may use the Software only in conjunction with the Prerequisite Software licensed to Customer as part of the Software Package even if Customer has licensed the Prerequisite Software separate from the Software Package • The Software may also be an optional add-on for certain qualifying SAS software or solution bundles.

  • Prerequisite Software sublicensed or distributed by Landacorp to Customer, if any, is identified in Section IV.

  • In the event that Landacorp can reasonably demonstrate the need to replace or substitute any Prerequisite Software, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith as to the terms and conditions for Customer to obtain reasonably comparable software or to retain the Prerequisite Software initially licensed.

Related to Prerequisite Software

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.
