Responses shall be in writing or by standard electronic means and shall be sent to all prospective Applicants who have obtained the Prequalification Document directly from the Employer, including a description of the inquiry but without identifying its source, not later than ten (10) Days prior to the deadline for the submission of Applications in accordance with GP 3.2.
In connection with the Invitation for Prequalification indicated in Section II, Specific Provisions (SP), the Employer, as defined in the SP, issues this Prequalification Document (“Prequalification Document”) to prospective applicants (“Applicants”) interested in submitting applications (“Applications”) for prequalification to bid for the assignment described in SP 1.6.
