  • When ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ customers are required to pay for Premium Delivery of Products, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will collect such amounts from the customers and pay the amounts collected to Allegiance on a quarterly basis in accordance with Section 6.11 of this Agreement.
