Premium Application definition

Premium Application has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.2.

  • Training facility for employees at all levels, especially those who engage in marketing products and services.

  • For separate sales of content, programs and/or applications through the Premium Application, the [*] Revenue Share is $[*] per item (“Content [*] Revenue Share”).

  • Short Change Premium Application An employee who is required by the Company to work a full shift or day work period commencing less than thirteen hours after the employee has completed his last previous scheduled shift or work period shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half for hours worked in the second shift or work period.

  • Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality, including those features that may distinguish between the Premium Application and the Basic Application.

  • Your use of the Premium Application is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement: (a) while you are an existing “Plus” customer of Company, or (b) for one (1) year following your purchase of your first KD Appliance (“First Appliance Premium Year”).

  • DLJD shall submit payments for Application Fees and Premium Application Fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of the last day of each calendar month during this Agreement.

Related to Premium Application

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Fee Application means an application filed with the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules for payment of a Professional Claim.

  • Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.

  • Premium Loading means the additional premium on top of the Standard Premium charged by the Company to the Policy Holder according to the additional risk assessed for the Insured Person.
