• The final five sentences of Section 3.02(a) hereof shall apply mutatis mutandis to all Foreign Tax Returns measured by income filed for ------- -------- any Pre-Distribution Period that includes any income or transactions attributable to Tupperware or any member of the Tupperware Group for which Premark has filing responsibility.
