If the Title Insurer is unwilling to issue any such Title Policy for any event which has occurred after the issuance of the Preliminary Title Commitment, Purchaser shall require Title Insurer to provide Purchaser and Seller, in writing, notice setting forth the reason(s) for such unwillingness as soon as practicable.
