For deliveries where Preem transports goods (as covered by chapter 9c, section 9 of the Value Added Tax Act (1994:200)) to the Purchaser’s tax warehouse, invoicing shall be made with zero (0) percent VAT due to an exemption under chapter 9, section 1 of the Value Added Tax Act (1994:200).
