Pre-Completion definition

Pre-Completion means pre-completion of the sale and purchase of the Sale Shares in accordance with clause 5.1 hereof and on and subject to the terms of the Escrow Letter;
Pre-Completion means Pre-Completion of this Agreement as provided in Clause 6;
Pre-Completion. Means the fulfilment of all conditions described in Article 2 of this Agreement required for realisation of the Initial Capital Increase; “Pre-Completion Date” Means the date of Pre-Completion;

  • If a Term in relation to a Loan advanced during the Pre-Completion Period would otherwise overrun the Final Completion Date, it will be shortened so that it ends on the Final Completion Date.

  • Since incorporation the Purchaser has not conducted any business other than the Pre-Completion Business.

  • On the Project Phase 1 Completion Date, amounts on deposit in the Phase 1 Pre- Completion Revenues Account shall be transferred to the Phase 2 Pre-Completion Revenues Account pursuant to Section 4.5(b)(iii) (Deposits and Withdrawals – Phase 1 Pre-Completion Revenues Account) of the Common Security and Account Agreement.

Related to Pre-Completion

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Final Completion means acceptance of the Work by the County as evidenced by its signature upon Final Certificate of Completion and approval thereof by the Board of County Commissioners. The Final Certificate of Completion shall be signed only after the County has assured itself by tests, inspection or otherwise that all of the provisions of the Contract have been carried out to its satisfaction.
