Pre-COD Period definition

Pre-COD Period means the period commencing from the Commencement Date and extending up to the COD;
Pre-COD Period means the period c ommencing f rom t he Effective D ate and extending upto the COD;
Pre-COD Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and extending upto the COD;

  • During the Pre-COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, not later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the PMU, a monthly report bringing out in detail the progress made by the Concessionaire and also organise monthly review meetings with respect to its scope of work, including inter-alia the processing facility (including the Power Plant), project facilities and any such information as may be considered essential by the PMU.

  • During the Pre-COD Period, the PMU shall inspect or cause to be inspected the processing facility, project assets and project facilities at least once a month or at such shorter intervals as may be considered essential by the PMU and make report of such inspection (the "Pre- COD Inspection Report") stating in reasonable detail the delay or deficiencies, if any, with particular reference to the scope of the Project, specifications, Good Industry Practices, Applicable Law & Approvals.

  • During the Pre-COD Period, the Lead Authority shall inspect or cause to be inspected the Processing Plant, Project Assets and Project Facilities at least once a month or at such shorter intervals as may be considered essential by the Lead Authority and make report of such inspection (the "Pre-COD Inspection Report") stating in reasonable detail the delay or deficiencies, if any, with particular reference to the scope of the Project, specifications, Good Industry Practices, Applicable Law & Approvals.

  • During the Pre-COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority, a monthly report bringing out in detail the progress made by the Concessionaire and also organize monthly review meetings with respect to its scope of work, including inter-alia the Processing Plant, Project Facilities, the quantity of C&D Waste collected, processed, disposed and any such information as may be considered essential by the Authority.

  • During the Pre-COD Period, the AMC shall inspect or cause to be inspected the Processing Facility and Project Assets at least once a month or at such shorter intervals as may be considered essential by the AMC and make report of such inspection (the "Pre-COD Inspection Report") stating in reasonable detail the delay or deficiencies, if any, with particular reference to the scope of the Project, specifications, Good Industry Practices, Applicable Law & Approvals.

Related to Pre-COD Period

  • prescribed period means 14 days;

  • Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).

  • Specified Period means the period beginning on the commencement date and terminating in accordance with section 72(6) of the Act;

  • Eligibility Waiting Period means the continuous length of time you must be in Active Employment in an eligible class to reach your Eligibility Date.

  • Prohibited Period means the period during which Employee is employed by any member of the Company Group and continuing for a period of twelve (12) months following the date that Employee is no longer employed by any member of the Company Group.
