  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither HUD or the PRDOH are a party to this Agreement and, therefore, are not subject to any obligations or liabilities to the non- Federal entity, Contractor, or any other party pertaining to any matter resulting from this Agreement.

  • FPR will monitor all contracted services on a regular basis to assure contract compliance, and that results of monitoring efforts will be summarized in written reports to the PRDOH and supported with documented evidence of follow-up actions taken to correct areas of noncompliance.

  • The term of this Agreement shall not exceed the lifetime of the initial Grant Agreement between PRDOH and HUD, unless the term of the initial Grant Agreement is extended by HUD, in which case the Agreement shall not exceed said extended period.
