  • Licensee hereby acknowledges that (i) PSI has not performed any testing on the PRC Tools of any kind, (ii) the PRC Tools are provided on an “AS IS” basis without support in any form or warranty of any kind and are subject to the warranty disclaimers set forth in Section 11.1(e), and (iii) the provisions of Section 7.1 (Updates, Upgrades, New Versions, Additional Components and APIs), 8 (Support and Training) and 12.1 (PalmSource Intellectual Property Indemnity) shall not apply to the PRC Tools.

  • No other rights or licenses are granted to Licensee with respect to the PRC Tools.
