Practice Day definition

Practice Day means any day during which Race Cars are operated on the motorsports racing surface located at the Speedway Premises for practice or non-competitive purposes or in preparation for a designated Motorsports Event.
Practice Day means that time during a day of the Use Period when the Home Team has the non-exclusive right to use the Stadium solely for Baseball Practice. A Practice Day shall not exceed three (3) hours.
Practice Day means the hours of physical practice with a patient, excluding the office’s designated lunch or exclusive administrative time.

Examples of Practice Day in a sentence

  • Professional Practice days need to be filled out in advance on the district Professional Practice Day Form.

  • During months indicated on the District calendar as student progress monitoring months/meetings, Professional Practice Day will be used in conjunction with Parent/Teacher conferences as determined by the School Department committees as set forth in Section 15.22.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is a weather delay or other emergency that prevents operation of the Practice Day for more than twenty (20) minutes, the curfew stated in this subsection (iii) shall be extended until 7:30 p.m., Central time.

  • For purposes of this Lease, the "Championship Week" shall include the Sunday Practice Day, the Practice Days and the Championship Period, Sunday June 8 through Sunday, June 15 (in the event of no play-off or postponement).

  • School Department will determine the schedule for the five (5) hours of parent teacher conferences in the following manner: hours for the site; and attendance day shall be considered as a portion of a Professional Practice Day as set forth in Section 6.51.

Related to Practice Day

  • Clearance System Business Day means, with respect to the Clearance System, any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearance System is open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 115 of this Tariff.

  • Average Daily Managed Assets of the Fund shall mean the average daily value of the total assets of the Fund, less all accrued liabilities of the Fund (other than the aggregate amount of any outstanding borrowings constituting financial leverage). The Adviser may waive a portion of its fees. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or shall terminate before the last day of a month, compensation for such month shall be computed in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees payable on a monthly basis. Subject to the provisions of Section 5 below, the accrued fees will be payable monthly as promptly as possible after the end of each month during which this Agreement is in effect.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;
