Practically Complete definition

Practically Complete has the meaning given to the term in the Section 106 Agreement "Pre-Conditions" a condition of the Planning Permissions or an obligation of the Section 106 Agreement which has to be satisfied prior to the demolition, redevelopment or occupation of any part of the Development Area
Practically Complete means that the Infrastructure Works have been determined as being ready for a Final Inspection pursuant to 2.10 of Schedule 22, Part B (Acceptance of Infrastructure Works);
Practically Complete means Completion of the Works subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or omissions which are capable of being made good without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Works and which it would be unreasonable to include in a schedule of minor snagging items

Examples of Practically Complete in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall respond to that notice within 3 days if it is of the opinion that the Sub-Contract Works were not Practically Complete on the date notified by JAD.

More Definitions of Practically Complete

Practically Complete means the date the Development has been completed in accordance with the Development Approval and the Plans and Specifications (as varied from time to time under the Development Deed) and the Site is fit for occupation and use by the Lessee;
