Examples of APP Options in a sentence

  • The number of outstanding APP Options are set forth opposite the respective names of the APP Option Holders on Annex D attached hereto.

Related to APP Options

  • Company Stock Options means all options to acquire shares of Company Common Stock from the Company, whether granted pursuant to the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.
