Position Change means a promotion, transfer, or demotion during an employee’s
Position Change has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(c).
Position Change means: (i) a significant diminution of Employee’s assigned duties and responsibilities and/or any material diminution of the powers and authority associated with the position Employee holds with Tier immediately prior to a Change in Control. In order for such diminution of duties and responsibilities and/or powers and authority to constitute a Position Change within the meaning of this Agreement, Employee must deliver written notice to Tier specifying the diminution in assigned duties/responsibilities and/or powers/authority that Employee believes constitutes a Position Change, and Tier must fail to reverse the same within 30 days of receiving such notice; (ii) Tier reduces Employee’s salary more than 5% below that in effect as of the date of the Change in Control; or (iii) Tier requires Employee to relocate Employee’s principal business office or his principal place of residence outside the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, or assigns to Employee duties that would require such relocation;

Examples of Position Change in a sentence

  • Principals/program managers shall file a Position Change Request (PCR) upon knowledge that a vacancy has occurred.

  • During the transition period, employees can use a paper “Internal Position Change Request Form” (HR38000) to bid on the posting by submitting the form to their department head or equivalent level of supervision.

  • Position Change - a change in position involving duties outside of an employee's normal work assignment or job duties shall be accompanied by moving the employee to the appropriate salary position of the salary schedule.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, if Employee’s employment with Tier terminates as a result of either (1) a Termination Without Cause during the Security Period; or (2) a Resignation for Good Reason that is based on a Position Change occurring during the Security Period, Employee shall be entitled to the continuation of his or her annual base salary, less standard deductions and withholdings, for a period of twelve (12) months.

  • Position Change - A promotion, demotion, or reassignment made during an employee's continuous service within the same Agency.

  • Effective as of the Position Change Date, Employee shall receive a base salary (the "Base Salary") of at least $275,000 per year, payable not less frequently than monthly, for each year during the term of this Agreement, subject to proration for any partial year.

Related to Position Change

  • Adverse Recommendation Change has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02(d).

  • Company Adverse Recommendation Change shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(c).

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Accounting Change refers to any change in accounting principles required by the promulgation of any rule, regulation, pronouncement or opinion by the Financial Accounting Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or, if applicable, the SEC.

  • Major Change means a change in the Employer’s program, production, organisation, physical workplace, workplace arrangements, structure or technology that is likely to have a Significant Effect on Employees.
