Portable electronics insurance coverage means insurance that provides coverage for the repair or replacement of portable electronics in the event of loss, theft, inoperability due to mechanical failure, malfunction, damage or need for repair or replacement as a result of some other cov- ered source of peril.

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below.   • Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy means an errors and omissions insurance policy maintained by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in accordance with Section 8.2, Section 9.2 and Section 7.17, respectively.

  • Sponsored captive insurance company means a captive insurance company:

  • FHA Insurance The contractual obligation of FHA respecting the insurance of an FHA Loan pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended.
