Portability Service. (Y/N) – The Task Order requires redeployment of satellite services. Portability may include moving from one transponder/satellite to another, one managed service area to another, transponded capacity redeployment between beams or transponders on a single satellite, redeployment from one frequency band to another, physical relocation of a satellite to a new orbital position, re-routing of teleport services from one teleport to another pre-defined teleport, re-routing of traffic from one terrestrial infrastructure to another pre-defined infrastructure, and movement of Network Operations Center (NOC) services from one NOC to another NOC.
Portability Service. The Client has the right to continue contributing to an existing PEPP account even after changing residence to another Member State. In the event of a change of residence, the Client may apply for a new sub-account or contribute to an existing sub-account. The Client may apply to open a sub-account for the countries in which the Broker provides PEPP, and the specific terms and conditions for opening and managing the new sub-account shall be subject to an addendum to this Agreement. If the Broker does not offer the option of opening a sub-account for the European Union Member State to which the Client moves, the Client may request a change of PEPP provider.   • Portability (a) Employees are able to maintain their participation in the scheme should they transfer their employment between Catholic schools or to the Catholic Education Office. (b) The employee is obliged to notify the principal prior to appointment of their participation in the Deferred Salary Scheme and the date that leave is due to be taken.   • Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre­ viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Premiums will be adjusted accordingly. Coverage will be provided for the mother and the newborn for a minimum of:

  • Portability of Sick Leave 1. The employer will accept up to sixty (60) accumulated sick leave days from other school districts in British Columbia, for employees hired to or on exchange in the district. 2. An employee hired to or on exchange in the district shall accumulate and utilize sick leave credit according to the provisions of the Collective Agreement as it applies in that district.
