Poor Work Performance definition

Poor Work Performance means failure to meet a performance standard.
Poor Work Performance means the inability of an employee to meet the required standard or output for the position in which she or he is employed, e.g. less than expected output or quality, failure to meet set targets, and non-conformance to reasonable or agreed standards.

Related to Poor Work Performance

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.
