Poor Work Performance definition

Poor Work Performance means failure to meet a performance standard.
Poor Work Performance means the inability of an employee to meet the required standard or output for the position in which she or he is employed, e.g. less than expected output or quality, failure to meet set targets, and non-conformance to reasonable or agreed standards.

Related to Poor Work Performance

  • Unsatisfactory Performance means any of the following:

  • Substantial Performance means the Work, or a substantial part of it, is ready for use or is being used for the purpose intended;

  • Total Performance means the date of the City’s acceptance of the Work in writing as fully performed according to the Contract Documents; and

  • human performance means human capabilities and limitations which have an impact on the safety and efficiency of aeronautical operations;

  • Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula: Index Performanc e Final Index Level  100% Initial Index Level

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • Service Levels means the particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet, and identified as service levels in the Statement of Requirements.

  • Objectively Determinable Performance Condition means a performance condition (i) that is established (A) at the time an Award is granted or (B) no later than the earlier of (1) 90 days after the beginning of the period of service to which it relates, or (2) before the elapse of 25% of the period of service to which it relates, (ii) that is uncertain of achievement at the time it is established, and (iii) the achievement of which is determinable by a third party with knowledge of the relevant facts. Examples of measures that may be used in Objectively Determinable Performance Conditions include net order dollars, net profit dollars, net profit growth, net revenue dollars, revenue growth, individual performance, earnings per share, return on assets, return on equity, and other financial objectives, objective customer satisfaction indicators and efficiency measures, each with respect to the Company and/or an Affiliate or individual business unit.

  • Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Energy savings performance contract means a public contract between a contracting agency and a qualified energy service company for the identification, evaluation, recommendation, design and construction of energy conservation measures, including a design-build contract, that guarantee energy savings or performance.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Time of Performance means the specific time or times indicated in the Contract at which or within which delivery or other performance is to be completed.
