Pool Member definition

Pool Member means each of the Founder Generators and Founder Suppliers and any other person who is admitted to pool membership in accordance with Clause 8.2, in each case until it shall have resigned from pool membership or otherwise ceased to be a member in accordance with this Agreement, and "Pool Membership" shall be construed accordingly;

Pool Member means any current or former member of an Insurance Pool (other than a Company Insurance Subsidiary).
