Pool employee definition

Pool employee means a class of non-casual Employees who agree to be available for deployment across all or part of a Health Service.
Pool employee means any health care professional, other than an employee of a temporary placement agency, who works only when he or she indicates that he or she is available for work and who has no obligation to work when he or she does not indicate availability.
Pool employee means an employee who does not work on a regular schedule but calls in for work assignments and has no obligation to work when he or she does not call in, but who is not employed by a temporary placement agency.
