A Sick Leave Pool Committee shall be established to administer the District Sick Leave Pool.
Representatives to the Pool Committee shall be entitled to participate through proxies.

The Sick Leave Pool shall be administered by the Sick Leave Pool Committee composed of three (3) employees appointed by the exclusive representative of teachers and one (1) non-voting member to be appointed by the Human Resources Department.
A request to withdraw from membership in the Sick Leave Pool must be in writing to the Sick Leave Pool Committee prior to ten (10) working days after the first duty day for all teachers.
