Policyowners definition

Policyowners means Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx, PC, a District of Columbia professional corporation (“CW”); Xxxxx Xxxxx & Xxx, PA, a Maryland professional association (“YBL”); and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xx., a Virginia sole proprietorship (“WAM”).
Policyowners means all persons or entities who (i) own a life insurance policy or other contract issued by Prudential in the United States, or (ii) owned at its termination a life insurance policy or other contract issued by Prudential in the United States.
Policyowners means all persons or entities who (i) own a life insurance policy or other contract issued by the Company in the United States or (ii) owned at its termination a life insurance policy or other contract issued by the Company in the United States.

  • Premiums for the Policies will not be the same for all Policyowners.

More Definitions of Policyowners

Policyowners means owners of one or more Class Policy(ies). Excluded from the definition are persons or entities who signed a release in connection with the settlement of a claim, complaint, action, lawsuit or proceeding, pending or threatened, that released Prudential with respect to such Policy(ies).

  • Homeowners association” or “association” means a Florida corporation responsible for the operation of a community or a mobile home subdivision in which the voting membership is made up of parcel owners or their agents, or a combination thereof, and in which membership is a mandatory condition of parcel ownership, and which is authorized to impose assessments that, if unpaid, may become a lien on the parcel. The term “homeowners’ association” does not include a community development district or other similar special taxing district created pursuant to statute.

  • Insureds Premises Not An "Insured Location" "Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of a premises:

  • Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.
