Policy Directions definition

Policy Directions means the Policy Directions issued by the State Government under relevant provisions of DERA and Electricity Laws;
Policy Directions means policy directions issued in terms of section 3 (1A), 3 (2) or contemplated in 81 (1) of the Electronic Communications Act or in terms section 2A (2) of the Postal Services Act;

  • Directions means the directions contemplated in section 27(2) of the Act, issued by a Cabinet member relating to his or her line functions, after consultation with the Cabinet members responsible for cooperative governance and traditional affairs and justice and correctional services;
