Police Services Act definition

Police Services Act means the Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P15, as amended from time to time, together with the regulations thereto, as amended from time to time.
Police Services Act when used in this Agreement means the Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.15 or any successor legislation.
