PO-1 Component definition

PO-1 Component. The PO-1A1, PO-1A2 and PO-2A Component, as applicable.
PO-1 Component. The principal-only component related to the Class X-1 Certificates and the Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

  • With respect to the Class X Certificates and each Distribution Date, any amount of Net Deferred Interest added to the Principal Balances of the related Mortgage Loans that is allocated to the Class X Certificates on such Distribution Date will be added as principal to the outstanding Component Principal Balances of the PO-1 Component and the PO-2 Component based upon the amount of Deferred Interest attributable to the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group.

  • The Class X-L Regular Interest shall have a Class Notional Amount and a Class Principal Balance (comprised of two principal components, the Class X PO-1 Component and Class X PO-2 Component, relating to Loan Group I and Loan Group II, respectively).

  • Class F Component The Component having such designation.

  • Index Component means, with respect to the Securities, the 10-year Treasury futures contracts underlying the Index, as traded on CBOT, as described in the Prospectus.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • REMIC III Component Any of the separate beneficial ownership interests in REMIC III issued hereunder, evidenced by a Class of Interest Only Certificates. The REMIC III Components have the designations provided for in the Preliminary Statement hereto and each constitutes a “regular interest” in REMIC III (within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code). The REMIC III Components have the terms provided for in Section 2.15.

  • Cash Component means that portion, if any, of the Conversion Shares Offer Consideration consisting of cash.

  • Class X-B Components Each of the Component XB and Component XC.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class X-D Strip Rate With respect to the Class X-D Component for any Distribution Date, the (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.
