Pledged Borrowing Base Asset definition

Pledged Borrowing Base Asset means a Borrowing Base Asset that is subject to a Negative Pledge Instrument.
Pledged Borrowing Base Asset means a Borrowing Base Asset that is subject to a Negative Pledge Instrument. “Pledged Real Property Asset” means a Real Property Asset that is to be subject to a Negative Pledge Instrument. “Pledgor” means each holder of the Equity Interests in a Borrower.

  • Borrowing Base Assets means a collective reference to all Borrowing Base Assets in existence at any given time.

  • Adjusted Borrowing Base means the Borrowing Base minus the aggregate amount of Cash and Cash Equivalents included in the Borrowing Base.

  • Term Loan Priority Collateral as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Borrowing Base Properties means the Oil and Gas Properties of the Loan Parties included in the Initial Reserve Report and thereafter in the most recently delivered Reserve Report delivered pursuant to Section 8.12.

  • Borrower Collateral means all of Borrower's now owned or hereafter acquired right, title, and interest in and to each of the following:

  • New Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(d).

  • Collateral Loan means a loan, debt obligation, debt security or participation therein acquired by the Borrower.

  • Aggregate Borrowing Base means as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (i) the sum of the SMP Borrowing Base and the SI Borrowing Base; less (ii) any Reserves except to the extent already deducted therefrom.

  • Borrowing Base means, at any time of calculation, an amount equal to:

  • Borrowing Base Report means a Borrowing Base Report for the Borrower signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower and in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • Pledged Asset Loan Any Mortgage Loan supported by Pledged Assets or such other collateral, other than the related Mortgaged Property, set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • Revolving Administrative Agent means the administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Domestic Loan Party means any Loan Party organized under the laws of any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.

  • Proposed Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(c)(ii).

  • Collateral Pool means the aggregate total of the Collateral.
