Planned Service definition

Planned Service means a passenger carrying Service (excluding any Ancillary Movement) of the Train Operator under this contract which is entered in the Applicable Timetable;
Planned Service means any service whose provision is planned and arranged by a CCG as part of the health service in response to the results of an assessment of a person's physical or mental health needs and which is intended to bring about or promote a specific outcome in relation to those needs.
Planned Service means a passenger carrying Combined Network Service (excluding any Combined Network Ancillary Movement) of the Train Operator under this contract which is entered in the Applicable Timetable;

Examples of Planned Service in a sentence

  • References in this Schedule to a "Service", except in the definition of "Round Trip", shall include, in relation to any Planned Service, any Empty Services or Ancillary Movements associated with such Planned Service.

  • The party responsible for notifying Customers of a Planned Service Interruption is identified in Schedule 5.

  • On receipt of such notice, the Trader must promptly notify affected Customers for which it is responsible of the Planned Service Interruption.

  • Interruptions: The party responsible for notifying Customers of a Planned Service Interruption is identified in Schedule 5.

Related to Planned Service
