Plan Network definition

Plan Network means the network of providers contracted to provide services to members of this benefit plan. Plan Network providers are also referred to as in-network providers. See your SBC and ID card for the name of the Plan Network for this benefit plan.
Plan Network means the network of providers selected by Employer Group or the Member, as indicated on the Execution Page of this Agreement.
Plan Network means a discrete set of network providers, as defined in subsection (b)(10) of the California Code of Regulations Rule 1300.67.2.2, that Sharp Health Plan has designated to deliver all covered services for a specific network Service Area, as selected by Employer Group or the Member, and as indicated on the Execution Page of this Agreement.

  • The VisionCare Plan Network Provider must receive all Copayments for services rendered or materials obtained under the terms of the Plan.

  • VisionCare Plan Network Providers are independent contractors, and the Plan cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred as a result of tort, negligence, breach of contract, or malpractice by a VisionCare Plan Network Provider for any damage which result from any defective or dangerous condition in or about any facility which services are rendered or materials are provided hereunder.

  • Plan Network Pharmacy: Is a Pharmacy contracted with Chinese Community Health Plan at which you can get your prescription drug benefits, except that our contracted pharmacies are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • The VisionCare Plan Network Provider will provide the covered service and bill the Plan directly.

  • This will be calculated by SANDAG based on the existing or programmed transit facilities included in the currently adopted Regional Transportation Plan Network.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data.
