Plan FAP definition

Plan FAP means a Participant’s “Final Average Pay” as defined in the applicable Qualified Plan, but calculated without regard to the provisions of the applicable Qualified Plan implementing Section 401(a)(17) of the Code or any successor thereto.

  • Such evaluations will be based upon progress in meeting goals contained in the Faculty Activity Plan (FAP), which will be consistent with this Agreement and will address the expectations included in department policies and procedures (P&P), college P&P and/or accreditation requirements.
