Placement Supervisor definition

Placement Supervisor means a preceptor, placement supervisor, placement advisor, site supervisor, practicum supervisor, field instructor or educational coordinator, as the case may be;
Placement Supervisor shall be [name and contact details of placement supervisor, who is a staff member of the Placement Organisation supervising the student while on placement, including his/her position, email and telephone].
Placement Supervisor means a Faculty member or other person who possesses the qualifications prescribed by RDC;

For the avoidance of doubt, Relevant Supervisory Consent will not be required if either (i) none of the Notes qualify as part of our regulatory capital, or own funds and eligible liabilities or loss absorbing capacity instruments, as the case may be, each pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations, (ii) the relevant Notes are repurchased for market-making purposes in accordance with any permission given by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission or (iii) the relevant Notes are being redeemed or repurchased pursuant to any general prior permission granted by the Relevant Regulator or the relevant UK resolution authority (as applicable) pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission.

  • Assistant Superintendent means the Assistant Superintendent of Business of the School District or his/her designee.
