PIPE Proceeds definition

PIPE Proceeds means net cash proceeds from the PIPE.
PIPE Proceeds means an amount equal to the cash proceeds from the PIPE Investment.
PIPE Proceeds has the meaning specified in the definition of Available Closing Date Cash.
