PIP Report definition

PIP Report shall have the meaning set forth in Article V.
PIP Report means any property improvement plan or other similar report issued by any Franchisor or Manager (with respect to any Property which is not subject to a Franchise Agreement), with respect to any repairs, replacements, improvements or additions as may be required under the applicable Franchise Agreement or Management Agreement.

Examples of PIP Report in a sentence

  • Buyer shall be responsible for all costs required to implement the requirements, if any, of the PIP Report.

  • Baseline data will be taken from the ARD PIP Report dated March 31, 2007 which shows that Jefferson County is at 66.9%.

  • The cost of the PIP inspection and the preparation of the PIP Report shall be borne solely by the Seller, and a copy of the PIP Report shall be provided to Buyer.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Canadian ORTECH Environmental Inc. and dated March 26, 2004 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A, and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
